It is commonly found that users walk away from their training session happy with the knowledge they have received, however there are often tasks that they perform during the subsequent weeks that present unexpected challenges and so drop in surgeries provide a solution allowing them access to a Subject Matter Expert on a known pre-set day where they can ask additional questions and request additional advice.
